2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund under the following conditions:
Refund Window: You must contact us within 24 hours of your initial purchase to be eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.
Eligibility requirements:
- The refund request must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
- This is your first purchase with ZeroBuffer (the guarantee applies once per customer).
- Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

4. How to Request a Refund
