4. Account & Access
- Login credentials are provided after payment confirmation and are for personal use only.

- Sharing, reselling, or distributing your credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
- Each subscription grants access to the number of simultaneous connections specified in your plan.
5. Subscription Plans & Pricing
ZeroBuffer offers several subscription tiers (Test, VIP Basic, VIP Pro, and VVIP). All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. Key terms:
- Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period.
- There are no automatic renewals — you must manually renew your subscription.
- All prices include VAT/taxes where applicable.
- Special offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
6. Free Trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test the Service before committing. The trial provides limited server access and does not include VIP features. No payment information is required for the trial.
7. Payments
Payments are processed through our accepted payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and secured. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
8. Refund Policy
We offer a money-back guarantee as outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion and subject to the conditions stated therein.

13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- We detect fraudulent or abusive activity on your account
- You share or resell your credentials
Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZeroBuffer operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
